AV JENNINGS: Creekwood Natural Playground

About This Project

Boyds Bay Group have contributed their services to numerous stages of the Creekwood development on the Sunshine Coast and this new natural play space is a fitting centrepiece to the works that have come before it. Nature and Adventure are in abundance throughout this park with stone and timber features scattered across this large open space. The park encourages physical activity from its users while they hone their balance and climbing skills.

 

The local community contributed to the parks development in the form of art installations throughout. Students from the local Meridan State College painted their foot and hand prints onto pavers while others painted pebbles which were later embedded into the footpath and around other features.
