About This Project

The fittingly named The Melbourne Residences is situated at 109 Melbourne Street in South Brisbane. This impressive, predominantly glass fronted structure is home to 212 new units across its 18 storeys of residential with an additional 4 levels of parking. The sleek, modern exterior is complimented by advanced street trees that had to be installed at night to minimise the impact on local traffic.

The roof top and podium gardens are where the landscaping on this project shines from the shaded, communal seating to the rooftop bar and infinity pool with views straight out across the city. Every element is surrounded by lush greenery that enhances the resort style living this property has to offer.
