About This Project

 

Situated just on the North side of Brisbane’s CBD with convenient access to the city, the airport and motorways in any direction, Nundah is an ideal hub for businesses and residents alike. Like many suburbs of Brisbane in recent years, this area is seeing many new developments and modern upgrades mixed in with historical elements and shopfronts. It’s also the location of the new boutique retirement village known as Alondra Residences. This 52 apartment across 7 storey development offers services to suit any retirement aged residents in immaculately designed surroundings.

 

With landscaping across multiple levels, access becomes key. Access to cranes is often limited and our teams often have to change their game plan to suit. Alternatives can include bringing in other machinery such as a soil pump or sometimes its back to the basics of loading into barrows and buckets and taking them up the lift one at a time. This project involved a mix of all of the above to get it across the line.
