About This Project

Located on the New South Wales North Coast, Ballina has been the site of a lot of new development in recent years and the source of a lot of different projects for our design, environmental and construction crews. With the upgraded highway and recently completed St. Helena bypass, the large coastal town of Ballina is increasing in popularity with it being now only a short trip from the Southern Gold Coast/Tweed and a very short trip from the ever popular tourist town of Byron Bay.

 

This display home has set an incredibly high bench mark and beautifully showcases what these new Metricon homes will have to offer. Spacious, modern, canal adjacent homes surrounding by high end landscaping and only a stones throw from the river and ocean. What more could you ask for?
