About This Project

The Sunshine Coast is one of the most rapidly developing areas in Queensland with a seemingly endless number of new housing estates and upgrades to the existing infrastructure being carried out. Palmview lays fairly central to all the action just on the coastal side to the famous Bruce Highway landmarks of Aussie World and the Ettamogah Pub. This large project incorporated the simultaneous building of both the Primary and Special school campuses as well as establishing the entry, sports fields and footprint of the High School which is due to start construction in the near future. The schools required the construction of three separate sporting ovals complete with irrigation and drainage, numerous play areas, outdoor study areas and greenery from the entry allĀ  the way throughout the buildings. In addition to the grand scale of this project, the timeframe for construction was extremely compact for a project of this size. Landscape works commenced in September 2020 with the school opening its doors to the first students at the beginning of the 2021 school year. This required a large team to split and work the project from various areas at the same time along with coordinating with the abundance of other trades working around our own.

The end result is a state of the art facility that looks great, opened on time and is now shaping the minds of future generations.
