CONDEV: Somerset College Sports Field

About This Project

Around 2 years after Boyds Bay last worked alongside Condev at Somerset College to complete the new sports precinct and the outer edge of the sports field, the same team was now brought back to tackle the sports field itself. In preparation for the GC2018 Commonwealth Games Somerset College wanted to bring their facilities to the next level and allow athletes from visiting countries to utilise them for training purposes. Somerset College has long been one of the Gold Coast and Country’s premier independent primary and secondary schools and they continue to improve their facilities to ensure they offer the very best for their students. Recent years have seen the addition of  grand stands to there swimming pool, artificial turfed volleyball courts, indoor basketball courts, rock climbing facilities, a full sized gym, Olympic quality running track and that’s just the sports facilities.
