Upmarket Living Sanctuary Cove
Our ongoing working relationship with Mulpha recently involved a contract to create a new open space parkland at Tristania, Sanctuary Cove on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
With the aim of refreshing the upmarket appeal of Sanctuary Cove, Mulpha requested an established looking tropical landscape in line with the high standards expected in luxury living.
With only 6 weeks to complete the project before our client’s christmas marketing campaign and working to a modest budget, Boyds Bay Landscaping proposed using our own plant stock from Boyds Bay Nurseries, and recommended cost effective materials and methods to control budget and logistics for timely delivery of stock and landscape completion.
Carefully selected plant stock including advanced Pandanus, Frangipani and Livistonia Palm trees create the tropical setting of our new scape. A concrete bike path winds efficiently through the scape, whilst strategically positioned park benches allow for an appreciative view of the artful recycled timber totems. Contour mounds not only create interesting form, but obscure nuisance headlights from local residents’ homes. Finally, Boyds Bay Landscaping designed and constructed a sustainable reticulated irrigation system to maintain the scape year round.
Boyds Bay Landscaping completed this statement landscape piece on time and budget, supporting the client with their design and cost needs to create a signature scape worthy of an upmarket estate.
