MULPHA: Sanctuary Cove

About This Project

Boyds Bay Group was awarded the landscape construction for the Mulpha Sanctuary Cove development project.  Boyds Bay Landscaping installed all landscapes for the sub division, golf course and golf club house, as well as selected display homes within the estate.  Landscaping the residential development included full irrigation, concreting and paving, art works, plus a large open space.  The golf course incorporated mass plantings of stunning grasses and palms.  All external elements of the premium display homes were designed and installed by Boyds Bay Landscaping.  Given the exclusivity of this classy estate, the landscaping was fundamentally celebrated on all accounts.

DISPLAY HOMES:

Lot 34, Forrest Hills Drive –

From first view the colours, textures and foliage shapes strike a modern touch on this prestigious property. Block walls were extended to the boundary, offering privacy to the rear entertainment area and courtyard.  A fire-pit seat and large garden areas of tropical foliage lend an enticing ambience, whilst Sanctum Outdoor Design screens add a chic touch to the front buggy garage area.  Frangipanis screen the adjoining 2 storey home.  Other landscaping installed: Automatic irrigation; mailboxes; driveways; decorative paths; layered stone walls; timber walkways.

Lot 51, Varden Lane –

A truly beautiful result of detailed elements, encompassing the bold use of superb sandstone bush rocks surrounded by structured feature plantings of Spindle Palms, Tree Aloes, Ponytail Palms, and striking Euphorbia Somonas adding a touch of hot red.
